Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.

5.2 Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return after delivery.

5.3 Refund for Cancellations

If you paid online, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
